Purpose

The tennis courts surfacing at
Holland Park and Kensington Memorial Park is failing and needs to
be replaced as part of a ten yearly maintenance programme. The
resurfacing works will be tendered and undertaken in phases
throughout 2026 to avoid excessive disruption to facility
uses.

Decision

The
Executive Director AGREED to:
(i)            
Approve the Procurement Strategy for Tennis Courts Resurfacing,
Holland Park and Kensington Memorial Park, for an expected total
value of £170,00 (ex VAT).
(ii)           
Approve further spending up to the amount set out in appendix four,
which is considered exempt from publication (Part B), if required.
(i.e. contingency amount funded from the approved capital budget
for this scheme).
