Strategic Director AGREE to:
Approve the Procurement
Strategy for the appointment of a qualified and experienced
supplier to undertake installation of LED lighting and upgrade of
lighting controls throughout the Kensington Town Hall (KTH)
complex, through a further competition using the Yorkshire
Purchasing Organisation YPO’s Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)
– Ref No: 925 Highway Electrical Installations, Category 2
Inc, with an expected total value of £1,282,467.08 including
VAT (£1,068,722.57 excluding VAT for a contract expected to
commence in April 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
Delegate the award
decision to the Director of the Social Investment and Property to
appoint the successful tenderer following the proposed tender
exercise.
