Purpose

The direct award of a contract
for West London
Somewhere Safe to Stay to ensure the continuation of service
provision and for a procurement exercise to be completed. The
service provides first stage accommodation for residents across the
West London subregion to prevent rough sleeping.
 

Decision

Executive Director, Housing & Social Investment,

1.   
Approved the award of the contract with a waiver with St
Mungo’s Community Housing Association (registration number
08225808) for the provision of the West London Female Rough
Sleepers with Complex Needs Service for 12-months, from 1 April
2026 to 31 March 2027, for a total contract value of £845,035
(inc. VAT) and £704,196 (excluding VAT).

Acknowledged that the Lead Member was consulted prior to granting
the waiver, as confirmed in the email attached at Appendix
Five.
