Purpose
We plan to procure a new 3 Year Bi Borough
Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (RBKC and LBH&F) . The current
Tri-borough agreement (WCC,RBKC,LBH&F) is due to expire in May
2026, we are looking into our procurement options and plan to seek
a 3yr Enterprise Agreement .

Approved the procurement strategy to procure the
Microsoft Enterprise Agreement using a mini-competition via the
Crown Commercial Service (“CCS”) Technology Products
and Associated Services 2 (RM6098) framework for the period of 3
years and an estimated value of £13,996,350 inclusive of
VAT.
2.
Approved the procurement approach for a one-year
Microsoft Unified Support contract serving LBH&F and RBKC,
included in the CCS Microsoft Aggregation. The council may choose
the preferred reseller through the CCS Microsoft Aggregation, if
their prices are competitive or opt to contract directly with
Microsoft. Annual costs are anticipated to be 8–10% of the
current estimated expenditure (circa £466,545 inclusive of
VAT).

Delegated the contract award decision to the
Executive Director of Resources, following consultation with the
Lead Member.
