Purpose

Contract variation to the JCT
Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design, 2016
Edition, between RBKC and Hugh LS McConnell Limited Relating for
Replacement of Windows at Colville Primary School. Variation is to
extend scope of works under the contract already in place for roofs
and rainwater goods remedial works at the same school.
These works are required to
prevent continued degradation of the buildings and preventing
health and safety risks to building users.

The
Executive Director AGREED to:

Approving the Procurement
Strategy to carry out a further competition via CHIC Framework -
Lot 1 – Multiple Elements of the Build Environment to
identify a suitable and experienced contractor to undertake the
roofing and rainwater goods remedial works at Colville Primary
School at an estimated contract value of £350,000.00,
exclusive of VAT (£420,000 including VAT) scheduled for
delivery between April and October 2026.
