Councillor Cem Kemahli, Lead Member for Housing, approved the award of a contract to Sureserve Compliance South Ltd for domestic gas maintenance services on 12 August 2026. The contract is valued at up to £10,029,911.05 excluding VAT for a term of up to five years. Authority was delegated to the Director of Housing Management to extend the contract for up to two additional one-year periods, subject to performance targets being met.

Councillor Emma Will, Lead Member for Property, Parks and Leisure Services, approved the disposal of Gunnersbury Lodge for £800,000 on 26 March 2026. The property is surplus to operational requirements and located outside the borough.
