The Lead Member for Housing decided to approve the award of a contract to Mulalley and Company Limited for Council Housing External Cyclical Works in Redcliffe and Stanley Wards for £5,112,854.50 plus VAT. This decision was made on 3 September 2026. The decision included approving a project contingency sum, delegating authority for out-of-scope variations to the Director of Housing Management, and delegating authority for unforeseen costs exceeding the award sum and contingency to the Executive Director of Environment and Neighbourhoods.
