Purpose

This issue report covers two
decision points in connection with the commission of
Multi-disciplinary Professional Services via the RBKC Framework
Agreement (Lot 1 – Multi-disciplinary North) to deliver
scoping and management of the refurbishment works to Council
Housing properties at Holmefield House.
The two decisions
are:

Procurement Strategy
– which will allow the procurement activity to
commence.
Contract Award
– formal contract award stage.

 

Decision

The
Executive Director for Housing and Social Investment agreed
to approve the Framework direct award for the commission of
multidisciplinary professional services to support delivery of the
refurbishment works project for Council Housing at Holmefield House
in the sum of £260,533.76 excluding VAT (£312,640.51
including VAT).
