Purpose

A decision is to be taken on
which organisations to award grant funding to deliver family and
parenting support in Kensington and Chelsea. An evaluation process
will be complete recommending the organisations which should be
awarded funding and how much they should be awarded

Decision

The
Lead Member APPROVED:

 
                       
i.        
The funding of £135,910 per year to be awarded
to the organisations in Table 1 for five years, with the option to
extend by up to an additional two years, following the completion
of a competitive grants process. The full value of these grants
could be £951,370 if the grants last the full seven
years.

To directly award For Baby’s Sake
£48,000 per year grant funding to deliver specialist domestic
abuse support, for three years, with the option to extend by up to
an additional two years (up to £240,000 if the grant lasts
the full five years).
