will be complete recommending the organisations which should be
awarded funding and how much they should be awarded.

i.        
The grant funding of £191,160 per year to be
awarded to the organisations in Table 2 for five years, with the
option to extend by up to an additional two years, following the
completion of a competitive grants process. The full value of these
grants could be £1,338,120 if the grants last the full seven
years.

 
                      
ii.        
To run a subsequent light-touch commercial process
with the organisations who have indicated an interest in running
stay and plays in Earl’s Court, with the award of up to
£19,876 per year to be agreed via a future Key Decision
Report. If awarded for the full seven years, the full value of this
grant would be £139,132, bringing the total potential grant
spending on stay and plays to £1,477,252 over the full seven

The delegation of the decision to award the grant
funding for stay and plays in Earl’s Court to the Executive
Director of Children’s Services, following consultation with
the Lead Member.
