Purpose

To contract the maintenance and
support services for the RBKC website, presently overseen by Zoocha
under a call-off agreement set to conclude on 31 January
2024.

Decision

The
Executive Director APPROVED: the award of contract for the Royal
Borough of Kensington & Chelsea’s website maintenance and
support to Zoocha Limited by
calling-off from the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 13 framework
for one year with an option to extend for a further one  year at an approximate cost of £80,833
(excluding VAT) or £97,000 (including VAT) per contract year
and if extended for a second year an approximate cost of
£161,666 (excluding VAT) or £194,000 (including
VAT).
