project at 54 St Helens Gardens (eight new homes).

Cessation of the new homes
project at 54 St Helens Gardens and agree a financial settlement
with Ark Build to terminate the project’s construction
contract, the details of which are set out in the Confidential Part
of this report, and;

2     
A review of alternative
options for the site with detailed proposals to be presented when a
viable option/s is achieved.
