Purpose

To award a contract via
RBKC’s Multi-disciplinary Professional Services Framework
Agreement (Lot 2 – Multi-disciplinary South) to a
professional service company to assist with the scoping and
management of the refurbishment works required to the blocks listed
below as part of the housing investment programme.

Decision

The
Executive Director of Housing and Social Investment AGREED:

 
To
award the call-off contract for delivery of Multi-disciplinary
Professional Services to Capital Property & Construction
Consultants Ltd (Company Reg No. - 05848184) in the sum of
£600,068.24 (Six Hundred Thousand, Sixty-Eight Pounds and
Twenty-Four Pence) for a period of 24 months from the anticipated
commencement date of around mid-September 2023. The price,
inclusive of VAT, is £720,081.88 (Seven Hundred and Twenty
Thousand, Eighty-One Pounds and Eighty-Eight Pence).
