Purpose

Following a mini-competition
carried out using the new National LGPS Framework approval is
required to award the contract for the provision of the Pension
Fund Investment Consultancy Services.

Decision

APPROVED: That the call-off contract be awarded to Mercer Ltd for
the period three years, with the option to extend for an additional
two years. The contract is proposed to commence on 1 September
2023. The total value of the contract, including extensions is
£500,000 (VAT inclusive).
