Purpose

This decision relates to the award of a call-off
contract to a competent professional services provider via the
Public Sector Framework Fusion 21 Consultancy Framework Lot 2 Stock
Monitoring & Appraisal to manage and deliver stock condition
surveys of tenanted properties and blocks across the borough over
the next 5 years.
Information derived
from the survey will be used:
• To inform
investment planning and the preparation of detailed planned
maintenance programmes.
• To confirm
equipment servicing and inspections are required
• To confirm
health and safety compliance
• To calculate
energy performance

Executive Director AGREED to approve the award of the contract for
the provision of Council Housing Boroughwide Stock Condition
Surveys to Rapleys LLP (Company No
0C308311), for a total contract value of up to £1,176,147.00
excl. VAT (£1,411,376.40 incl. VAT) for a period of two
years.
