provision of securing 25 private sector accommodation to discharge
Council’s homelessness duty. Madison Brook International
(MBI) are offering property management services with associated
lease arrangements to let properties to the Council’s
homeless applicants.
Decision

Lead Member has AGREED:
1.
To authorise the Council to enter into a three-year agreement with
Madison Brook (Living Markets) Limited (Company
Registration No: 10872812).
2.
To approve the budget spend of £2,324,558 in respect
of the referral/incentive charges under the three-year agreement
from1 November 2024 to 31 October 2027, as this represents best
value for money for the Council.
