The King's Lynn Area Committee (KLAC) is an executive committee responsible for making decisions on behalf of the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk within a defined area. It determines the allocation of its budget and surplus funds from King’s Lynn Special Expenses, and authorises funding applications for the area. KLAC also acts as a consultative forum on major local issues, including planning applications, and engages with King's Lynn residents. Its decisions are executive decisions subject to call-in procedures.
