About
The Standards Committee promotes high ethical standards for elected members across the Borough, Town, and Parish Councils within the King's Lynn and West Norfolk area. It includes Borough Councillors, independent individuals, and Parish Council representatives. The committee oversees adherence to the Councillors' Code of Conduct and handles complaints made about Borough Councillors. Its full terms of reference are detailed in Part 3 of the Council's Constitution.
