About
The Older People’s Mental Health Services Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee (JHOSC) is a collaborative body for Calderdale, Kirklees, and Wakefield councils. It reviews proposals from the South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust and West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board concerning improvements to older people's mental health inpatient services across these areas. The committee's role is to scrutinise these plans and provide oversight on behalf of the affected residents.
