RESOLVED –
 

1)   
That the changes made to the Constitution in the 2024-2025, as set
out at Appendix 1 of the report, be noted.

2)   
That approval be given to the Constitutional amendments, as
recommended by Corporate Governance and Audit Committee and set out
within the report.

3)   
That, in respect of Council Procedure Rule 11(6), it be agreed that
the practise of publishing written responses to written questions
in advance of the meeting, in accordance with the current
constitutional requirement, be endorsed.
