Purpose

This report will identify potential projects,
for Member approval, to be funded from the 2025/26 – 2026/27
Corporate Landlord Programme baselines of the Capital Plan. It will
seek Officer Delegations to manage the programmes within the
two-year budget envelope.

Content

RESOLVED –
 

1)   
That the programmes of work for 2025/26 – 2026/27 as shown in
Appendix be approved.

2)   
That authority be delegated to the Service Director –
Development in consultation with the Portfolio Holder to: -
 
(i)            
add or delete projects from the programmes, provided that the total
cost of the programmes remains within the approved capital
allocations,
(ii)           
transfer resources between the Corporate Landlord programmes
without restrictions,
(iii)         
slip, delete or reallocate budget between projects during the two
financial years, provided that the total cost of the programmes
remains within the approved capital allocations.

 

3)   
To approve acceptance and addition to the Capital Plan of
£76,006 (retrospective for £68,405 already applied in
2024/25) grant from Sport England and £100K capital from the
Trustee of Clayton West to be vired into the Scissett Baths budget
as agreed contributions.
