RESOLVED –
 
1)   
That approval be given to undertaking a Community Governance Review
in accordance with the relevant legal framework and Government
guidance.
2)   
That authority be delegated to Corporate Governance
and Audit Committee to agree the Terms of Reference of the review
and oversee delivery.
