Purpose

Decision to admit pupils
above Published Admission Number (PAN) or Admissions Limit for
Community and Voluntary Controlled Schools (C & VC) - In
exceptional cases and after a range of alternative options have
been considered within the context of the legislation, in the best
interests of the child and family whilst not disadvantaging other
children and families.
