Cllr Addy approved the recommendations and was pleased to see a community embedded plan for KAL to begin this work.
Following the pilot period, and dependent on the findings from that, Cllr Addy is keen to see this programme continue for the already identified period and, if funds are available, even expanded to more sites.
Cllr Addy agreed with officers' recommendation that option 1 provides the best way forward initially to maximise benefits.
