Purpose

To apply an annual
increase to Fees & Charges for Cliffe House School Residentials
provided by Adults and Health Directorate.
 
This will be an
officer delegated decision (Under Financial Procedure Rule 11) and
will be recorded in the Councils forward plan.
 
The Quarter 1
Corporate Financial Monitoring Report approved by Cabinet on 15
August 2023 sets out the Council’s current financial
position within the current economic climate, and highlights
management actions to be progressed, which includes under the
section headed General fund, point 7.2 highlight a number of
management actions including “increasing all discretionary
fees and charges by at least the prevailing rate of inflation where
it is considered possible to do so”.

take effect from September 1st 2024.

highlighted below, with effective from September 2024:
 
Current packages
Bronze package from a flat
£145 - onsite residential.
Silver package from a flat
£150 - onsite residential with one offsite
activity.
Gold package from a flat
£155 - onsite residential with two offsite
activities.
 
Proposed packages, from
September 2024:
Standard package -
£160 (off peak) - £175 (peak season) - onsite
residential.
Premium package - £200
(off peak) - £215 (peak season) - onsite residential with one
offsite activity
