RESOLVED:
 
That the application for the
Grant of a New Premises License, Gourmet Hub, Shop , 53 Wakefield
Road, Moldgreen, Huddersfield, HD5 9AB
be granted for late night refreshment with the following
hours:
 
-     
Monday to Sunday until midnight (and not 5:00am as
previously requested)
 
That the licence in respect of
the supply of alcohol, off the premises be refused
