To raise the cost of
replacement and additional waste receptacles in line with
benchmarking figures and remove current discounts on green bins. No
alternative options reviewed as this is a cost recovery
exercise.

To raise the cost of
replacement grey, green and brown bin
deliveries to £37. This sees grey and brown raise in line
with benchmarking from other local authorities, and the current
100% discount for green bin charging removed. This is to ensure
full cost recovery for replacement bins where bins have not been
damaged by the collection crews.
