RESOLVED
 

1)   
That Council approves the commencement of a full update of the
Kirklees Local Plan in accordance with the statutory process as set
out in the Town and Country Planning Regulations 2012.

2)   
That Council approves the funding of the update of the Kirklees
Local Plan, estimated at £2m over a five year period,
including utilising funding from the Leeds City Region Business
Pool and other funding sources.
