RESOLVED –
1)
That approval be given to the amendments to Financial Procedure
Rules, as set out at Appendix 1 of the considered report.
2)
That authority be delegated to the Service Director (Legal,
Governance and Commissioning) to make any consequential amendments
to financial policies and/or constitutional references.
