That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of agenda items 6 and 7 (Minute No.s 23, 24 and 25 refer) because the items contained exempt information by virtue of paragraph 1 (information relating to any individual) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
