RESOLVED – That the Motion be approved subject to the following amendment;

Amend Resolution 5 - Delete all words after “Refer changes outside Cabinet authority to the competent body" and replace with the following text;

“Refer the future arrangements of the Environment and Climate Change Scrutiny Panel to the Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee (OSMC) for consideration, with a recommendation that the Panel be retained and renamed the ‘Environmental Scrutiny Panel’, subject to a review of its remit and terms of reference.”
