That the Grant of a New Premises Licence in
respect of Oi Dumplings, 9 Peel Street, Marsden, Huddersfield, HD7
6BR be granted with the following condition:

·        
 Retail sales of alcohol
for consumption on the premises

     
 be limited to Monday – Sundays
10am – 6pm.
