Employment and Appointments Committee

The Employment and Appointments Committee is responsible for appointing individuals to Chief Officer and Deputy Chief Officer (Director) positions within the council. It also advises the full Council on the appointment of the Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service. The committee reviews and decides on the council's staffing structure, human resource policies, and other matters affecting employees.
