About

The Sub-Committee has delegated authority to:-  

·       hear and determine any appeal against or statutory objection to any decision made by, or on behalf of, the Council (with certain limited exceptions as set out within the Constitution);

·       hear and determine Human Resource appeals by Chief Officers and Deputy Chief Officers (as defined within the Officer Employment Procedure Rules); and

·       consider collective disputes.
