Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval
for the award of works for the proposed Single Storey Rear Shower
Room Extension in Caplin Close, Kirkby Knowsley L33.

Decision

That following a procurement exercise the
Assistant Executive Director (Adult Social Care): 
 
(i)       approves the award
of a works contract to NTC Building Contractors for the Proposed
Single Storey Rear Shower Room Extension in Caplin Close, Kirkby
Knowsley L33 in accordance with Contract Procedure Rule 7.7.5;
and
 
(ii)       approve the issue of
the contract (JCT Minor works contract) for the proposed Single
Storey Rear Shower Extension in Caplin Close, Kirkby Knowsley L33
in accordance with Contract procedure Rule 7.7.5
