Decision

(i)       That, in accordance
with Contract Procedure Rule 9.3.1(a), the contract with Diverse
Active CIC for the Antenatal Physical Activity and Lifestyle
Programme and Mother and Baby Physical Activity and Lifestyle
Programme contract be modified by extending the term by 24 months
as provided for within the existing contract at clause B1 from 1
February 2025 to 31 January 2027;
 
(ii)       That, in accordance
with Contract Procedure Rule 9.3.1(f), the contract with Diverse
Active CIC for the Antenatal Physical Activity and Lifestyle
Programme and Mother and Baby Physical Activity and Lifestyle
Programme contract be modified, to include an uplift of
£1,950 per annum from the original tendered rates, for the
extension period 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2027; and
 
(iii)      That, the Procurement Team
be authorised to issue the relevant contract modification
documentation.
