The purpose of this report is to seek approval
to the assignment of a lease in respect of property at Birchill
Road, Knowsley Business Park

Decision

The Head of Housing and Property hereby;
 
1)       Approves the consent
to the assignment of a lease of property at Birchill Road, Knowsley
Business Park as detailed within this report.
2)       Authorises the Head
of Legal Services to prepare and complete the necessary legal
documentation.
