Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek
approval, in accordance with Contract Procedure Rule 5.5.5 for the
award of contract to a contract be awarded to Boxphish Ltd for
Provision, Supply and Support of phishing simulation solutions and
associated training from 1st January 2025 to 31st March 2026.
 
The reason for the decision is that a
compliant procurement exercise has been undertaken in accordance
with Contract Procedure Rule 5.5.5.

Decision

That a contract is awarded to Boxphish Ltd for
Provision, Supply and Support of phishing simulation solutions and
associated training from 1st January 2025 to 31st March 2026 in
accordance with Contract Procedure Rule 5.5.5.
