Purpose

This report sets out proposals to engage
interim cover for the vacant post of Head of Family Help and
Protection in the Children’s Services Department.

Decision

The Chief Executive hereby agrees to recruit
interim agency cover for the post of Head of Family Help and
Protection from 13 January 2025 until 11 April 2025 (or sooner if
the required permanent recruitment process is completed more
quickly than anticipated).
