Purpose

The services provided under this contract have
met all of the quality, performance and financial requirements of
the Council.

Decision

Use the option of 12-month contract extension
for the Microsoft 365 Enterprise Agreement managed support service,
awarded to Trustmarque Ltd for the period 01 July 2024 to 30 June
2025.
