Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval
in the accordance with Contract Procedure Rule 1 6.5.2(i) to Duck
Mechanical Services Limited for dining hall air conditioning
installation at Altbridge School, Huyton.
 
The reason for the decision is that a
complaint procurement exercise has been undertaken in accordance
with Contract Procedure Rule 6 and the most economically
advantageious bid has been identified.
 

Decision

That in accordance with Contract Procedure
Rule Schedule 1 6.5.2(i) a contract be awarded to Duck Mechanical
Services Limited for dining hall air conditioning installation at
Altbridge School, Huyton.
