Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval
for the enrolment of five providers onto the Dynamic Purchasing
System for Landscape Contractors. This will enable these contractors who have
demonstrated suitable levels of competency in quality, price and
programme to be aligned with previously approved contractors, to
submit quotes / tenders as the Service requires, which will be
undertaken via future compliant procurement exercises in accordance
with the appropriate Contract Procedure Rule, whether this is 6 or
7.
 

Decision

The Head of Environmental Sustainability and
Communities is recommended to: -
 
(i)            
Approve the enrolment of five providers onto the Dynamic Purchasing
System for Landscape Contractors; and
(ii)           
Authorise Star Procurement to make the necessary arrangements for
the issue of the relevant enrolment documentation.
