Purpose
The purpose of the report is to establish a
dedicated post to co-ordinate complaints and information requests
across Children’s Social Care.
Decision
That the Interim Executive Director
(Children’s Services) in consultation with the Executive
Director (Resources) approves the creation of a permanent
Children’s Complaints and Customer Liaison Co-ordinator post
(Grade K).
