Purpose

To seek approval to renew an existing licence
agreement at Prescot Shopping Centre.
 
The details of the licence agreement are
included in Appendix A and are exempt from publication under
Paragraph 3 of Part 1 Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act
1972.
 

Decision

The Assistant Executive Director (Development
and Infrastructure) hereby;
 

Approves the granting of consent to
renew an existing licence agreement, as detailed within this
report.

 

Authorises the Head of Legal
Services to prepare and complete the necessary legal
documentation.
