Alternative options considered

Do Nothing: This option was considered and
rejected, as retaining the existing car park in its current state
could hinder the wider regeneration of Huyton Town Centre.
Opportunities to improve infrastructure in line with sustainability
and accessibility goals would be limited and the current building
would continue to negatively impact the visual amenity of the Town
Centre.
