The Local Validation
Checklist provides clear guidance on the type and level of
information required to accompany different types of
applications. This information is required before any planning
application can be properly and lawfully assessed and
determined.

That the Executive
Director (Regeneration and Economic Development) in consultation
with Regeneration and Economic Development Cabinet member is
recommended to: 

I.         
Approve the adoption of Guidance on the local validation
requirements for planning applications submitted to Knowsley
Council” (local validation checklist) as shown in Appendix
A.
