Purpose

To consider Member attendance at the events
detailed in Section 4 of the report.
 

Decision

That the Assistant
Executive Director (Legal and Governance), in consultation with the
Resources Cabinet Member, approves Elected Member attendance at the
events detailed in Section 4 of the report as an authorised
duty.
 

Alternative options considered

None as the requests put forward within the
report are in accordance with the agreed protocol.
