Purpose

The Council needs to have an updated Health
and Safety policy to ensure compliance with legislation and to
provide a foundation for the Health and Safety management systems
in place across the Council.

Approval of the Statement of
Commitment within the Health and Safety policy reflecting
leadership changes.

There is no alternative to having a Health and
Safety policy in place.
