Purpose

To support the adoption of the
revised Management Agreement between the Council and Volair Limited
which sets out the agreed objectives, principles, and parameters
for both parties to operate in partnership.

Decision

That the Executive Director of
Communities and Neighbourhoods in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Communities and Neighbourhoods agree to the
revised Management Agreement between the Council and Volair Limited
for the period 31 March 2025 – 31 March 2029.

Alternative options considered

None. The Management Agreement
is a revised addendum to the 2016 Management Agreement and is an
essential document as it underlines the key overarching objectives
and principles for Volair Limited and the Council to operate
by.
