Purpose

To seek approval to the lease renewal for 111 Broad Lane,
Kirkby on the main terms and conditions referred to in
this report.
 

Decision

The Assistant Executive Director (Corporate
Support) approves the lease renewal for 111 Broad
Lane, Kirkby on the main terms and conditions referred to in
this report whilst authorising the Head of Legal Services to
prepare and complete the necessary legal documentation.
 

Alternative options considered

None. The tenant has a right to renew the
lease under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 unless the Council can
prove certain specified grounds for possession. No such grounds
apply in this instance.
